Faith Formation Registration is open!
On Monday, June 16, Faith Formation registration will open for the following:
—Becoming Catholic (Sacraments of Initiation for adults and children age 7 or older).
Documents Needed: Copy of birth certificate and copy of baptism certificate if baptized
–First Sacraments (First Reconciliation and First Communion for baptized Catholics in second grade or older).
Documents Needed: Baptismal certificate
–Youth Confirmation (For baptized Catholics in 10-12th grade, 15 years or older).
Documents Needed: Baptismal certificate and Certificate or date of First Communion
—Faith Formation classes (Kindergarten through High School)
Documents Needed: None
To register, please stop by the office Monday-Thursday, 9-4pm, or on the following Sundays in the Commons from 9-10am:
June 22, 29
July 13, 27,
August 10, 24
