Director of Faith Formation: Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Henrico (Richmond), Virginia, seeks a full-time Director of Faith Formation and Youth Ministry to oversee a comprehensive religious education, sacramental preparation and youth ministry program for parishioners of all ages. The director will be joining a team of staff and volunteers who are excited to communicate the vibrancy of our Catholic faith and are looking for leadership, guidance and innovation. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, be proficient in English and Spanish, have some exposure to formation processes in U.S. and Latin American paradigms, have a relevant degree, and have some experience in professional catechesis or youth ministry, but the parish leadership is open to conversations with any interested candidate.
